BTW I made a little modification: used 1,5 teaspoons of honey instead of stevia and added 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled.

I would like to ask you is there any reason for substitute raw sweet potato? Does it taste better when you use squash?:-)

It is DEFINITELY the best soup ever. I’ve made it many times. But, I haven’t tried it with butternut squash. Can’t wait!

Just found your website and I appreciate it. May stop eating meat again,
