Counseling
Announcement:
Starting in November 2011, I will not be taking on any new clients (I will continue to work with current clients). It saddens me to suspend my counseling work, but the demands of my pre-medical education are too intense for me to do justice to clients as well. I hope to be able to resume counseling at some point in 2012, so if you are still seeking guidance at that point, please keep checking back for updates!
In the meantime, if you are seeking guidance, please email me, as I’m close to a good many other counselors whom I may be able to recommend (depending on your needs).

I am in my second week of eating vegan, not raw, but your website has been more helpful then I can tell you. The recipes are so wonderful and delicious. They make me excited about eating vegan rather than nervous. It is a challenge to think totally different about food every meal of every day but you have made it much more fun.
I am making all the sides for Christmas dinner for my entire family who are all carnivores. I am making half vegan and half regular so I can show them how hard it is to tell the difference. All vegan would have made them too nervous and judgmental. Some of your recipes will definitely be included, I just haven’t made any final decisions yet.
