I know that there are countless plug-ins designed to make the comments do-follow, but I'm looking for something that will make the links in the blog-posts themselves do-follow. Please include a link or detailed instructions on how to do this. Thanks!. Do you have any examples of themes that you know for a fact have do-follow links in the posts? I'm having a hard time finding good information about this by searching..

[...] In spite of a long week, this day has been a joy from start to finish. Not least because I got to play around with a cool new breakfast. During the week, when I’m rushing around and transporting breakfast to the office, I tend to stick to the tried and true. Raw options include fresh green juice from the juice bar near my office; avocado pudding (with or without sprouted bread); bananas with nut butter; or dehydrated buckwheat with almond milk. Cooked staples are my beloved oats or oat bran; leftover grains, reheated with nut milk; baked yams; and sprouted grain bread with nut butter. Simple, easy. (For more of my fave brekkies, check out this post). [...]

I love avocados any which way, especially on toast with a pinch of sea salt and hot sauce. What a perfect breakfast. Lovely photos!

I'm so late to chime in, but as someone who once lived and died for cold cereal -- I made it "raw" by eating banana slice (or sometimes strawberry slices) in raw almond milk!

Not so, Rebecca. I said that fruit CAN lead to yeast buildup in some women, and that women who are yeasted or avoiding yeast should avoid fruit for a certain amount of time. But I'm not yeasted, so it's really a taste issue. I find the experience of eating vegetables totally different!
