I absolutely love your philosophy – that you can eat awesome raw food at home so you are not hung up on being strictly raw when you are in a new city or trying a new restaurant. I truly admire your healthy attitude toward food and raw foodism!

YUM! Thanks for sharing! I think it is important to realize that any form of disordered eating is a symptom of a larger issue at work in the organism. Some people use drugs, others control their food intake, but they are both symptoms of low self-concept, depression, fear, etc…

I’ve wanted to go there for a while. Even though I live in Philly (yay) it’s not always easy to get myself off campus and dine with friends…especially the carnivorous ones! Glad you had a good time in the city of brotherly love.
