I came across this site just searching for chia recipes, but I was totally blown away when I started exploring your site. can not wait until I have the chance to try a few of these recipes. And I will share this site with others. Thanks.

Awesome, awesome site! Just started interning in a raw restaurant to learn more about this way of eating. It is so interesting, this site provides really good recipes in a beautiful format! I want to make the Carrot Cinnamon Raisin Bread today but don’t have a dehydrator, can I use sil pats in a toaster oven?

You can certainly try, Dayna — you can bake them at 350 until the bread is browning. Play around — a lower temperature for a longer time might be better. But don’t give up! I bet you can figure it out.
