Hey all! Happy Saturday. I’m here today with an exciting giveaway—my last of 2012. Christy Morgan, known to many of you as The Blissful Chef, has created a new online wellness program—available globally—that is crafted to help people who are interested in plant based diet to reach health and fitness goals. I’ve been a longtime fan of Christy’s whomesome, vegan recipes (you can read my review of her terrific cookbook here), and her hands on, accessible cooking demos and videos. Christy has been working in the community for a long time, and she has vast culinary expertise to share.
Christy’s Wellness Reboot program reflects all of the great things Christy has learned in the culinary arts, and it is also a reflection over ten years of work in the health and wellness field. The program includes over 12 videos on cooking techniques, a 28-day meal plan of delicious whole food plant-based recipes, a “Getting Started Guide” that explains everything one would need to know about eating healthy and living a plant-based lifestyle, continual support from Christy and her partner, Chad, through a private Facebook group, and bi-weekly conference calls. Christy has partnered with Chad Byers of Beyond Fit, a vegan personal trainer, to include a fitness element in the program. A weekly workout is included in the wellness initiative, along with videos. A great resource for the many vegans or vegan-curious folks who wants to incorporate fitness habits that are specifically designed to fit a plant-based lifestyle.
One lucky winner of today’s giveaway will get to participate in the Wellness Reboot, which starts January 6th. It’s a $350 value, and includes incredible support and guidance from Christy and Chad. If you’re hoping to address common health or dietary pitfalls, feel enhanced well being through whole food choices, or learn more about the vegan lifestyle, this is a great opportunity. To enter, you can complete any one or all of the following actions. Please leave a separate comment for each action, in order for your multiple entries to count. I’ll be announcing the winner (I swear) on January 1.
1. Leave a comment, telling me why you want to win this giveaway
2. Like Wellness Reboot on Facebook
3. Tweet about the giveaway, with a link to this post
4. Follow @TheBlissfulChef on Twitter
5. Sign up for Christy’s newsletter (on her homepage)
Good luck, readers! I’ll see you tomorrow with a new recipe (at last).
xo

I’d like to win this giveaway, because I have an ED and need some direction in terms of eating/wellness…
Thanks for doing such a giveaway

I would love to win this give away. It is very difficult to change old habits, I find I keep sliding back into them. Your blog is great and it is very helpful. I signed up for Christy newsletter and I know that will also be helpful in moving toward a plant based diet. I also desperately want to get the sugar out of my diet and I don’t think I can do this alone.
I would love to win this because sometimes I struggle with eating too many processed foods…thanks so much for the chance to win!

I’d love to win this to see how professionals lead a program like this and so I can get a bit back on track after the holiday decadence. It sounds really cool and like I could learn a lot from it.

I would like to win because I am currently trying to change my lifestyle to a vegan raw food diet and feel this would be a great way to help me achieve this goal of going raw!! Thanks!
I have tried (on my own) to reboot my diet but I have difficulty implementing the changes long-term. I am hoping to win so that Christy can reboot my life in a way that is consistent and that works for my lifestyle.
I also signed up for her newsletter, and bought her cookbook too!
I would love to rebut my diet. I went vegan when I found out my cholesterol was at 350 and after a year it was at 199. Then I started to slack off and for the past year I have not been strict and my health/weight shows it.
Trying to overcome an eating disorder and my husband and I were already going to start going vegan January 1!!
I’d love to find that a program like this can work for me. I’m such a skeptic. I’m a full-time power yoga teacher and have found that the way I actually eat contradicts the way I want to eat ethically.
I liked “Choosing Raw” on FB.
Please post suggestions of places to look or for similar items if you know of any. I’m also in LA if there are appropriate brick and mortar solutions.
I’d love a reboot! Slowly transitioning to being a healthful vegan, it sounds like this package would be a great kick in the bum to keep moving forwards in this yummy journey.
I would love to be a part of this because, with a family of 5, I struggle sometimes to keep it “real”. I often lean on packaged vegan foods because of the ease of prep. I would love some chef generated tips to help me stay on track with a whole food, plant based diet……………thanks so much for the awesome giveaway!
I’d like to win this giveaway becuase I’m having trouble giving up half-and-half in my teas and coffees…looking for some good suggestions and advice!
I would love to win this! I had a bit of a stressful year moving to another country and have let some of my wonderful eating habits slide and am looking to reboot!
I signed up for Christy’s newsletter!
Wow, two giveaways in quick succession! What fun!
I’d love to win this giveaway as I started a new job and my fitness routine has fallen a bit by the wayside. If my hubby gets the new job he’s hoping for, he promised to take me to Cali for a special class out there, so I’d like to get more in shape before we go.
I need Christy Morgan’s reboot program because I have no energy and I am starting to question my eating habits these days. I just had my second baby in October and I think it’s time I turn to a new life style change and transform my family to a plant based vegan diet. It’s hard to get started … Too many blogs … Books … Info out there so where does one begin. This would be my inspiration and motivation to seriously take control of my life and feel good on the inside and out. I need motivation and direction and this is it !!!!!
I’d love to win this as I’m a newbie who is rather befuddled by all the (often conflicting) information out there. I’m seeking a healthy vegan diet that is simple and do-able and tasty. I need my hand held!
Oh Christy, Oh Chad, my diet’s been bad
I’ve been at the pies like a fool
Show me the way to keep cravings at bay
Let me win this great prize ‘cos it’s COOL!
Would love to go vegan, have been thinking about it for a while and need all the HELP I can get. (So many reasons health, wellness, morals, ethics, spiritual)

Would love to detox from the holiday sugar and caffeine
Ten years after the birth of my second child, I have found myself in place I don’t want to be. Lack of energy, joint pains, thyroid issues, obesity and ‘ the blahs’ are not what I want in my life. I want to learn how to incorporate a healthy, tasteful plant based diet for myself and my family. Many times I have begun down this path but I have been met with Southern obstacles: habits, unhealthy, difficult to locate,under-educated etc. With each roadblock I find myself inadequately prepared. I would love to learn how to weave the plant based living for many benefits of nutrition, health, energy, and balance for my entire family.
