zucchini-soup

Hey readers!

Happy Monday. I’m emerging from beneath a pile of paper to proudly announce that my cream of zucchini soup is being featured as the Recipe of the Week on my pal Kris Carr’s website, Crazy Sexy Life. Hop over there to check it out — it’s in the right sidebar. And get your blenders whirling, if you haven’t made it already!

Crazysexylife is blocked here, but the soup looks delicious!

Hahaha. It’s actually *not* blocked here, which is shocking, given that Beam Green is.

Very cool! I have had a lot of inquiries for zucchini recipes so here’s a great one I can pass on. :-)

Gena, I do love your recipes. I want to try the BLT right now but I’ll have to hunt down some dulce.

Mmm, I still have to make that soup. But first, I’ll have to get some more zucchini! I’m making Zucchini Marinara for tomorrow so I’ll pick up some more at the Farmer’s Market Wednesday.

Congratulations!!!

That looks SO good! I just made pumpkin pie in a bowl, AMMMAZING. And bananas are in the freezer for some soft serve tonight! I have been incorporating raw meals slowly into my diet, and am absolutely loving it. I am not sure that I will ever go 100% raw, but the benefits so far are incredible. Thanks for providing a realistic, solid base of information for newbies!

Soup looks good! I just had my first raw soup yesterday and loved it. It actually started out as a salad and then I just decided to throw it all in the blender:)
